Owl Central Games is excited to host our second Regional Championship Qualifier for Season Three! This RCQ event will feature a $2,000 prize pool and most importantly, both finalists of this event will qualify for Season Three’s Dreamhack Regional Championship in Texas this year!

This special event will take place on Saturday March 11th and the tournament format will be Modern.

***This is a Competitive Rules Enforcement Level event and will require the submission of decklists. MTG Melee will be the software used to administer the event. You must pay for your registration to guarantee your spot. You may pay through MTG Melee or avoid processing fees by paying directly on our website. When paying on our website, please make sure to provide your MTG Melee account Email so that we can enroll you into the MTG Melee Tournament. Decklists may be submitted through MTG Melee in advance, or submitted by paper at the Game Center. Online decklists through MTG Melee HIGHLY encouraged.***

Early Registration: $50 - Early registration discount ends at 11:59pm on 03/08. The first 32 pre-registered players receive a Mystical Dispute RCQ promo.

Player Cap: 61
Doors open: 10am
Registration and Player Check-in Ends: 10:55 am
Tournament Begins: 11:00 am

***Players that fail to check in before registration closes at 10:55am may still play in the event with a Round 1 loss. Avoid this by making sure that you are enrolled and checked-in in the MTG Melee tournament by providing us your MTG Melee Account Email. This will be strictly enforced to ensure the tournament begins on time. There will be no refunds for players who pre-pay but fail to check-in on time.***

Players will compete in Swiss paired rounds with a cut to Top 8 to determine prizes.

The Prize Pool for Top 8 is a guaranteed $2,000 in store credit.

Top 8 prizing will be as follows

1st Place - $800 + Dreamhack Regional Championship Season 3 Qualification (plus 3-day event badge) + Foil Thing in the Ice RCQ Promo + Thing in the Ice RCQ Promo

2nd Place - $400 + Dreamhack Regional Championship Season 3 Qualification (plus 3-day event badge) + Thing in the Ice RCQ Promo

3rd/4th Place - $200 + Thing in the Ice RCQ Promo

5th-8th Place - $100 + Thing in the Ice RCQ Promo

All prizes are listed in store credit which can be spent at our Game Center and atwww.owlcentralgames.com. Players may take a cash option for 75% of the store credit value won.
